Introduction:
Why now this specific blog, “Nails In Art”? Probably because I just hammered hundreds of nails in the roof during restoration of our old house and also I had to pull out many 350-year-old forged nails.
Warum gerade jetzt so ein Blog, Nägel in der Kunst, wahrscheinlich da ich gerade hunderte Nägel bei der Dachrestauration unseres alten Hauses reinschlug und auch viele 350 Jahre alte geschmiedete Nägel herauszog…und so Zeit hatte darüber nachzudenken.
At the age of 14, I was inspired by the German saying: “Always hit the nail on the head” and made this drypoint artprint.
Mit 14 Jahren nutzte ich den Deutschen Spruch,:“Immer den Nagel auf den Kopf treffen“ zur Inspiration meiner Kaltnadelradierung.
